There are various payment methods available for secure, fast and convenient payment. Advance payment, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay
Payment is made directly in the order process by entering your credit card details. When the goods are dispatched, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.
In order to pay via PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. PayPal offers various payment options and also insures all orders up to 500 euros. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after placing your order, where you can log in or register and select your desired payment method. In addition to paying with PayPal credit, payments by credit card and direct debit are also possible. As soon as the payment has been made via PayPal,
we will send the goods immediately.
Payments are made directly via your Apple account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to Apple, where you authorize payment of the order amount. As soon as we have been informed of the authorization, the shipment will take place - depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Depending on the payment method stored with Apple Pay, this will be charged immediately after authorization or after shipment with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

Shipping is safe and fast with our shipping partner DHL.
All orders are processed by us within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday) and handed over to DHL as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. If you choose PayPal Express Checkout as your payment method, delivery will be made to the delivery address.
At the moment, we exclusively ship within Germany. We are working hard to expand our delivery options to more countries soon, so please stay tuned!

We currently ship within Germany only.
Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.90.
Shipping is free for orders with a value of €130.00 or more.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary in individual cases.

If you’re trying MOMent of Balance for the first time and decide it’s not for you, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery and request a refund under our MOMent Balance Guarantee.
The guarantee is limited to one eligible jar per customer. For bundle purchases, any refund is limited to the value of one jar.
To submit a refund request, we require a photo of the opened jar.
