- ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar.
- 1 cup (240ml) coconut cream.
- ¼ cup coconut oil.
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
For the chocolate ganache:
- 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped.
- ¼ cup coconut cream.
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
