The combination of nut butter and coconut gives them an incredibly rich, truffle-like texture, while a touch of silan (date honey) or maple syrup adds extra depth and binding power.

Ingredients:
- 150g Medjool dates (about 9 dates), pitted.
- 90g cashews or walnuts.
- 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder.
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut.
- 3 tablespoons nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew).
- 3 tablespoons silan, date honey, or maple syrup.
- 2/3 cup coconut flour or almond flour.
Instructions:
- If dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then drain well (Remove seeds from dates).
- Place pitted dates and nuts in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped
- Add cocoa powder, shredded coconut, nut butter, and silan/maple syrup. Process until well combined.
- Add flour gradually until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
